20 Thousand Detainees in Bucca, US Report Says

An American report said that American occupation forces are detaining twenty thousand Iraqis in Bucca Prison, southern Iraq, for security reasons.
The report was made public upon handing the prison's responsibilities from Navy Captain Craig Roul to Navy Captain Bruce Derinski.
The report say that during Captain Roul's command of the prison, the detention witnessed an expansion at the cost of 370 million US Dollars, erecting 37 observation towers and light weapons armory.
