Houthi cease fire but Saudi attacks continue

Ansar Allah confirm and document their withdrawal from all 46 Saudi Arabian sites occupied by their forces, but Saudis continue attacks. Houthis have warned that should Saudis do not heed the ceasefire, "all out war" will be the Houthi repost, on multiple fronts inside Saudi Arabia.

It is to be noted that Saudis allowed the Yemen regime use Saudi territory from which to attack the Houthis in North Yemen.

In spite the Houthi unilateral declaration of a cease-fire yesterday and withdrawal from all Saudi territories, to stop Saudi attacks against Yemeni civilians, Saudi war planes and artillery continued criminal bombardment of villages and cities deep inside Yemen Monday night with (9) air raids and more than 540 rocket attacks, killing and wounding civilians.

The Press office of Mr. Abdel Malik Al-Houthi confirms the withdrawal of Ansar Allah forces from all occupied sites in Saudi Arabia on Monday 25 January 2010 at the cease-fire initiative of Mr. Abdel Malik.

Withdrawals from these Saudi sites:

Saba - Batul - Al Arra - Al Magdaa - Al Guf - Um Qamaa - Al Gharisha - Guf Al Nassibi - Al Khafaqa - Al Gabri - Al Massyel - Qayem Al Siyab - Um Dahwa - Um Sharhil - Qarqaai - Raasha - Al Aqm - Um Ruzma - Dar Al Nasr - Qam Kaaoub - Um Durmya - Qayim Saha - Um Rusba - Um Qyma - Al Sayba - Al Atymi - Biyout Ahmad Hadi - Um Bysi.

And from the following Saudi Mountains:

Al Fargoum - Al Hashkoul Al Aala - Al Hashkoul Al Asfal - Farida - Al Madbagha - Qimama - Malhama - Tawliq - Al Sabtawi

And from these Saudi check points:

Al Burg - Al Isha - Al Taba - Batul - Al Gahfa - Al Mowatir - Al Asaya

And from these Battle areas:

All hotilities by Ansar Allah have ceased and forces have been pulled back from Mts Dukhan and Almdod.

These withdrawals are confirmed on the date and time declared by the Houthi cease-fire initiative.

But Saudi air attacks continue:

In spite of this cease-fire and withdrawal initiative, yesterday evening Saudi war planes launched (9) air raids on the following areas:

(3) raids on the villages of Maran area and destroyed during the bombing of a citizen's house killing (5) Martyrs (2) the wounded.
(2) air raids on the Directorate of (Razeh).
(2) air raids on Mafin Asfal Maran
(2) air raids on Malahete Directorate.

The Saudi army also launched more than (540) rockets at: Al Hisma - Directorate of Shada; Directorate of Malahith and Thiyoub area; Directorate of Haydan and Wadi Leih, Haydan Directorate.

General Ibrahim Malik, a spokesman for the Saudi Ministry of Defense, said that Riyadh is looking into the matter of the cease fire, and that the ministry will announce its official later today (Tuesday).

You must remember that what the Saudis did to North Yemen citizens is worse than Gaza. The Saudis only remedy for defeat on the ground were criminal air attacks of villages and towns, far from the lines of battle.

Nobody realises the extent of the Saudi defeat by the Houthis: so many Saudi locations occupied, Saudi troops killed, and soldiers and heavy weapons captured.

The London Yemen conferance is due Wednesday. The timing is interesting.

On the other hand, (given their tactical superiority as nimble fighters) the Houthi threat of "open war" should be taken seriously (if not feared) by the Saudis and their Western allies. It could be the end of Zionist Saudi Arabia, with its 20% discriminated underdog Shia population joining the fight.

Because any continued bombing of North Yemen towns and villages at this stage by the Saudis would indicate that their only objective is genocide. It will be clear as daylight for all to see Saudis doing the work of Zionists.

Lies have already accused the Houthis of being under the same umbrella as Hizbullah in Lebanon, and Hamas in Gaza, and being part of an Iranian offensive against Saudi Arabia. Also, recently, accusations were launched against the Houthis as coordinating with Al CIAda.

All lies.

It is to be recalled that the North of Yemen is still under land and coastal siege, and there is no cease fire with the Yemen regime. But Yemen regime has been defeated, and will fall in line with Saudis.
