Commentators here and elsewhere have their panties in a twist at the thought of a US-Russian thawing of relations at the expense of Iran. However, in the context of NATO's continuing encroaching near Russia and China's borders, including the setting of interceptor missiles under false pretexts, Russia and China need to rely on friendly and like-minded countrie, like never before and, as usual, smoke and mirrors are the order of the day with the *ZIOPROPS...

The previous ARMS Treaty was rather a one-sided affair as it allowed little in the way of verification for Russia, while the US had access to all the Russian data and sites. The new Treaty, on the other hand, is much fairer and, as a result, not to the liking of the corrupt ZIOPROPS in the Senate...
Reducing nuclear weapons numbers to levels guaranteeing Mutually Assured Destruction many times over, while saving a great deal of money spent on related maintenance should make good financial sense for a BANKRUPT ZIOPROP country, but the ZIONAZI bankers controlling US weapon manufacturers AND 98% of US politicians want their Pound of Flesh in compensation. So, 'Smoke and Mirrors' ZIOBAMA began his charm offensive with Russia - that has no illusions about his real intentions - which must lead to some tangible dividends for the ZIONAZIS and assorted ZIOPROPS in the Senate, thus:
+ Spies - real and/or concocted - are exchanged so fast as to make one's head spin...
+ The 'Pound of Flesh': Russia denies Iran the promised S-300...
This is a big victory for ISRAHELL and the ZIOPROPS that will pave the way for the Senators bought and paid for by ZION to sign the new ARMS Treaty, very beneficial to both countries, while massaging the sensibilities - as if they had any - and wallets of these SCUMS...
However Iran will still save face and get its S-300's:
- I bet Iran has already received its S-300 by way of a little Sino-detour, rather than from Belarus, as was recently reported: it has already stopped complaining and is not taking any legal action...
China has recently received fifteen S-300 batteries from Russia, at a time it is also building similar copycat weapons that are just as good, called HQ-15 to HQ-19, depending on range. Selling 4 or 5 surplus S-300 batteries to Iran, a major oil supplier and recipient of some 100 billion in investment would seem to be a matter of courtesy among countries with such common interests...

Russia needs the ARMS Treaty to be passed by the US Senate BUT can't afford to lose key allies like Iran or China at a time it's surrounded by pro-NATO countries and US bases, so a compromise was worked out: what you see on the public political scene is just "Smoke & Mirrors" distraction for the Sheeple, while the real important issues are carefully hidden away...
