At least 3 NATO invaders were killed and 2 were injured when the two enemy’s tanks were destroyed in Mujahideen attack in Baghlan’s Poli Khumri district on Wednesday. (Taliban website)

If this is true, and I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be, then it lends credence to Mullah Omar's prediction that the NATO forces are not going to win because if after 9 years of fighting the Afghan resistance is still able to inflict any damage on NATO forces then the NATO chance of full victory seems dim.
The current Afghan central government controls very little in Afghanistan, and power is focused in local areas.
