I usually laugh at these alarmist posts claiming an imminent attack on Iran. However, a combination of factors has definitely increased the risk of such event, starting with this video:

- Then, there is this week-long US exercize in Israel and Saudi Arabia:

"The United States is conducting a week-long large-scale aerial exercise in Israel and Saudi Arabia as a navy fleet sails to the Mediterranean in preparation for any surprise flare-ups in the Middle East..."

- A look at US Naval forces movement shows only 2 carriers near Iran, but an unusually large percentage of the US Fleet is, either deployed or on its way to an unknown destination:

"Deployable Battle Force Ships: 284

Ships Underway Ships Underway (away from homeport): 149 ships (52% of total)
Ships on deployment On deployment: 111 ships (39% of total)
Attack submarines underway Attack submarines underway (away from homeport): 29 subs (54%)
Subs on deployment On deployment: 18 subs (33%)

Ships Underway

Aircraft Carriers Underway:
USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) - Atlantic Ocean
USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) - Pacific Ocean
USS George Washington (CVN 73) - 7th Fleet
USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) - 5th Fleet
USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) - Pacific Ocean
USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) - 5th Fleet

Amphibious Assault Ships Underway :
USS Wasp (LHD 1) - Atlantic Ocean
USS Essex (LHD 2) - Philippine Sea
USS Bataan (LHD 5) - 5th Fleet"

- A US missile cruiser just arrived in Georgia on the Black Sea:

- Confirmation of the secret delivery of the GBU-28 Hard Target Penetrators to Israel:

- Even former Iranian President Katami, now in the opposition is starting to get worried:

"Iran’s former president Mohammad Khatami on Thursday warned the government of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of a possible US military attack, following charges that Iran was behind a plot to assassinate the Saudi Arabian ambassador to Washington."

And, finally, we have this obvious False Flag accusation against Iran about the Saudi ambassador and Obama's promise that "Iran would have to pay a price..."

The only signs that the attack could be directed against Syria - in the first instance - is the fact that the US carrier Stennis is being directed back into the Med from its station off Iran's coast and that there is too few LHA and LHD's stationed off Iran to prevent a closure of the Straight of Hormuz, which would be the likely reaction of Iran in case of an attack...
