Are fortunate indeed, if this incident had been British related instead of Italian then the British media would have reported thus Government official says: ITS GOVERNMENT POLICY NOT TO COMMENT ON SECURITY RELATED MATTERS in other words fuck off.

I haven't seen much UK news over the weekend but BBC were quoting Blair-buddy Lord Falconer saying the opposition parties agreed there needed to be changes in the UK Terrorist Laws. This would be non-news but it is quoted in such a way as to mislead people into thinking that opposition parties support Patriot Act legislation.
That is deliberate BBC spin! And now gov/BBC propaganda machine have brought on the former head of police to support them.
I hope both London and Rome get jammed with protestors on 19th March.

"They Shoot Journalists, Don't They?"
Coming to a theatre near you.
(For those of you who don't know, "They Shoot Horses, Don't They? (1969)" was a Hollywood film.)

Posted earlier but may be missed....
Watch this space..... bad news will be drowned out with sad news. And what will overwhelm this embarrassment to the US? The death of the Pope. If he goes in the next day or two, this episode will be a half-memory in Italy.
I hope I'm wrong, but if I were a gambling man.... I'd bet my salary on the Pope dying before the accusations of the Italians get too bothersome.
If I'm wrong, well, just another whacko conspiracy nut bites the dust for a week. What say you?

Berlusconi's political allies warned against using Calipari's killing as an excuse to pull out Italian troops?

"Rome prosecutors have opened a second degree murder investigation into Calipari's death and Italy's justice minister has signed documents requesting information from witnesses."
This may be fluff to try and co-opt public opinion, but it may mushroom beyond the control of berlesconni and the rest of the bendover boys and lead to some real progress in Italy.
Considering the heroism of Calipari, the cowardice of the ameroisraeli 21st nazi terrorists is in very stark contrast.
